We help teams ship real products, without building a product org around it.

Make the Product works as a compact external product team. We bring product thinking, design, engineering, and AI automation together so founders and operators can move faster without adding internal complexity.

Momentum, not theatre.

Some clients come to us with a product to build. Others come with a workflow bottleneck, too many loose ends between strategy and execution, or an internal process holding the business back. The shape varies. The pattern is usually the same: important work is stuck because nobody owns the full loop.

One team Product thinking, design, engineering, and automation working in one direction — instead of being split across separate hires, agencies, and handoffs.

Built by Jack Dunn

Jack has worked across growth, design, product, and leadership, with hands-on experience at Vinted, TNW, and Just Eat. That range shapes how Make the Product works, commercially aware, execution-heavy, and close to the real constraints inside a business.

He is also building Flowstay, an open source text-to-speech engine designed to help people work faster for free. It reflects the same approach behind Make the Product, building efficient systems that let small teams achieve outsized results.

Through Make the Product, Jack has led end-to-end product development, engineering, and design for an up-and-coming UK startup, helping shape the product itself while also building the systems around it.

Today, he works with founders and operators who need senior thinking, fast shipping, and less drag between decision and delivery.

Small team, senior people, hands-on.

Senior people, small roster

We keep the client list tight so the work stays close to the people doing it. Less account-management overhead, more real progress.

AI where it helps, humans where it matters

We use AI to scale research, delivery, and repetitive work. Product judgement, quality control, and edge cases stay human-led.
